A super limited, experimental run of Shell Creek Valdeguie. We only made one puncheon from ¾ of a ton of fruit we picked later for red wine, and fermented carbonicly. Typically, carbonic lots showcase light and bright fruit, but the end wine on this one has a ton of power and a touch of funk. We’ve never made anything else quite like this one.
