Your view
ABOUT THE LOOMIS VINEYARD.
The guest house is located on our (one and only) estate vineyard. While we primarily source grapes from friends around the Central Coast, Loomis — named after the street Andrew lived on while attending Cal Poly SLO — is our very own playground. Since purchasing the property in 2019, we’ve been busy dreaming up ideas for this special place.
A few years ago, we replanted the property with Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of Trebbiano, creating a a modern, high-density, 4.5-acre vineyard. In 2025, we started renovating the home on top of the hill. It’s an ideal setup: The house is spacious and peaceful, surrounded by miles of rolling hills.
Inside, you’ll find touches of Field Recordings in the decor. All of the furniture was built by our team. We’ve created our perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
