Shipping FAQs

  • We use UPS Ground shipping, which arrives in about four business days for out-of-state orders. Throughout the summer (roughly June through September), we’ll use UPS 2-Day Express to ship out-of-state orders. We’ll send your precious cargo on ice, so it’ll arrive safe to drink. But we still need your help: Please make sure you’re home to sign for your order.

  • You can ship to your residence — just make sure you’re home to sign for the shipment. You can also ship to a workplace or UPS access point, which ensures your wine stays cool until it’s convenient to pick up. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any reshipping costs if your package is returned to us. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

  • We know summer shipping is pricey, so we encourage you to stock up all at once rather than placing multiple orders. We offer two tiers of shipping discounts:

    • 50% off shipping for orders with a subtotal of $250 (before discounts)

    • Complimentary shipping for orders with a subtotal of $400 (before discounts)

    • Complimentary shipping on orders of $250 for dual Bubbles and Bottle Club members

  • Great question! We offer several discounts for online orders.

    • Order 12 bottles to get 10% off your whole order.

    • Bottle Club members get 20% off everything.

    • Bubbles Club members get 15% off everything.

    • Bottle + Bubbles Club members get 25% off everything, plus 50% off shipping year-round.

  • We ship out orders at the beginning of each week. You’ll receive another email when your order hits the mail stream.

  • It’s very difficult to make changes to your shipping address once your card has been charged. We may be able to update your address before printing out the shipping label. Email brittany@fieldrecordingswine.com ASAP to make the adjustment. We cannot redirect your package once it’s been shipped. You can use the UPS website to hold your package at a location. Otherwise, they will make a few delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

  • We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If not, please reach out so we can find a resolution. We cannot accept wine returns, but if your bottles are damaged or unfit for consumption, we can arrange a replacement.
