Shipping FAQs

During the peak summer heat (June until mid-September), we use 2-day shipping, which is costlier but allows us to keep shipping wine safely.
From mid-September through spring, when the weather has mostly cooled down, we use UPS Ground shipping. Out-of-state orders take about 4 business days to arrive. If it’s under 35 degrees or over 80 degrees at your destination, we’ll hold your wine until it’s safe to ship. To make other arrangements, please email brittany@fieldrecordingswine.com. Please make sure you’re home to sign for your order.

You can ship to your residence — just make sure you’re home to sign for the shipment. You can also ship to a workplace or UPS access point, which ensures your wine stays cool until it’s convenient to pick up. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for any reshipping costs if your package is returned to us. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

We ship out orders at the beginning of each week. You’ll receive another email when your order hits the mail stream.

It’s very difficult to make changes to your shipping address once your card has been charged. We may be able to update your address before printing out the shipping label. Email brittany@fieldrecordingswine.com ASAP to make the adjustment.
We cannot redirect your package once it’s been shipped, but you can use the UPS website to hold your package at a store location. UPS will only make one delivery attempt before redirecting your package to a UPS pickup location, and unfortunately, we have no ability to change that location.
